About The Role

Shape account-level strategies to maximise revenue growth and market share within account base.

Lead account planning processes to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and BrewDog goals.

Drive negotiations to secure optimal conversion of revenue to profit.

Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, ensuring they are the main director of all account initiatives across shopper marketing and category management.
-
Champion use of customer sales and shopper data to ensure BrewDog strategy remains relevant and customer-centric over time.

Effectively manages time, prioritising actions that add the most value to BrewDog and priority account(s).

Devise contingency plans to recover if revenue or profit is falling short of budget/forecasts, react to challenges with fully costed solutions.

Analyse pricing and promotional performance and react to optimise.

Advocate the customer’s interests within BrewDog to ensure relevant stakeholders are knowledgeable and informed about the account.

Prepare and present innovative ideas that could improve BrewDog customer and channel performance.

Lead by example to junior team members, sharing examples of best practice and positively contributing to team environment and culture

Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times

About You
Understanding of the UK off trade, especially the convenience and wholesale sectors
Detailed understanding of financial levers and profit drivers & ability to manage the risk of commercial decisions through well thought through terms and conditionality
Detailed understanding of principles of category-based selling, strategic account planning and B2B negotiations as well as forecasting, invoicing and managing account level P&L’s
Effective and clear communicator, able to present to & influence stakeholders of all levels.
Understands differing perspectives and personality types and can adjust their approach accordingly.
Ability to think strategically and set a vision for accounts, drawing on data to substantiate plans & capability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates resilience to handle high pressure situations, adapting to changing conditions and shifting expectations with ease.
