About The Role

This isn’t your average marketing job. As Senior Marketing Manager for BrewDog Bars, you’ll lead the charge on bold, disruptive, revenue-driving marketing across our UK and Ireland bar estate. You’ll turn ideas into action, campaigns into footfall, and moments into memories. Your mission is simple: get people through the doors, keep them coming back, and make BrewDog Bars impossible to ignore.

You’ll drive the bar campaign marketing strategy, working shoulder to shoulder with Operations, Sales, Brand, and Digital teams to create campaigns that drive pre-bookings, footfall to bars, grow spend per head, and build communities around our bars. This role is equal parts creative thinking, commercial focus, and relentless execution.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and execute bold, brand-aligned bar campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Drive the execution of BrewDog Bars marketing campaign calendar.
  • Drive clear commercial ROI, delivering campaigns that drive footfall, revenue, and pre-bookings.
  • Partner closely with bar operations teams to ensure campaigns land perfectly in venue.
  • Stay relentlessly curious about hospitality, culture, and competitor trends.
  • Inspire local marketing initiatives that empower bars to connect with their communities.
  • Analyse campaign performance, guest data, and sales trends to optimise future activity.
  • Collaborate with central brand and creative teams to ensure consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Operations, Brand and Digital.
  • Oversee the creation and print of all in-bar marketing materials.
  • Own BrewDog Bars CRM schedule, tracking engagement and KPIs.
  • Act as the brand guardian for all major marketing activity.
  • Lead and develop marketing team members where applicable.

About You

Qualifications & Specific Training

  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
  • Training or confident knowledge in digital marketing and hospitality marketing preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a hospitality marketing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-location hospitality marketing activity.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and creative teams.
  • Managing marketing budgets and delivering clear KPIs and a return on investment.

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-bar channels.
  • Knowledge of current trends in hospitality, culture, and consumer behaviour.
  • Knowledge of campaign performance measurement and marketing analytics.

Skills

  • Highly developed at working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Developed communication skills that enable you to establish clear communication.
  • Developed organisational skills that enable you to manage multiple campaigns.
