About The Role

Management of all aspects of the on-trade IFT and L&T accounts within the allocated area and maximising their potential by building strong business relationships and delivering profitable volume/new distribution as per key KPIs, budget and BrewDog business plan objectives.

  • Growth of Brewdog product distribution in the on-trade by identifying new business opportunities and gaining new accounts.
  • Development of the existing stockists by supporting and expanding their listings.
  • Identification and management of key multiple operator accounts in collaboration with BDM.
  • Promotion of healthy long-lasting partnerships with RTM.
  • Establishment and maintenance of regular communication with network of key operators and other valuable contacts.
  • Development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to support Brewdog brands presence and perception in the on-trade.
  • Ensuring Brewdog product quality consistency across all accounts through regular assessments and staff training.
  • Delivery of timely, successful resolutions of any reasonable IFT and L&T accounts related inquiries.
  • Performance of regular account audits, contract review and management.
  • Maintenance of accurate client records.
  • Continuous assessment of the allocated area to ensure detailed knowledge of its on-premise universe, regional specifics and industry related developments.
  • Effective management of tools and resources available.
  • Provision of regular reports on performance as well as KPI and other role related reviews as requested by the line manager.

Key Relationships - Internal & External

  • Internal: UK Sales Team, Finance Team, Customer Marketing.
  • External: Key Customers/Decision Makers of Key Accounts, RTM Partners, Technical Services (Three Nations), POS Suppliers.

Health & Safety

Ensure that Health & Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times. Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog.

General

Be aware of and adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code at all times. Take part in crew reviews throughout the year. Cooperate with other BrewDog departments to achieve a great experience for our customers, applicants, colleagues and contractors. Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required to meet the requirements of the role. Take responsibility for own personal development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills.

About You

Qualifications & Specific Training: No specific qualifications are necessary, however adequate numerical reasoning and language proficiency are a must. Financial literacy and business acumen are highly desirable.

Experience: Experience in a similar sales position (FMCG/customer focused industry) or senior hospitality role is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with BrewDog brand and understanding of craft/beer/alcohol categories from the product, market and customer points of view.

Skills: Time management, organisational skills, clear communication and confident negotiation skills.

Personal Attributes: Communication & engagement, trustworthy, enthusiasm for hospitality industry and beer category, strong work ethic, ambition and motivation to drive results, resilience, flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstances.

Additional Requirements: Clean driving licence and personal vehicle available to be used for work. Ability to travel 80% of the time. Availability to work evenings & weekends attending events or meetings as well as occasional stays away from home.
