About The Role

We are looking for an Aberdeenshire-based Marketing Manager to join BrewDog Distilling. You will support the team on driving brand awareness, sampling, activations, events, and paid media campaigns. You will work alongside the Distilling Marketing Manager and Content Creator to deliver our annual marketing plans for our brands across channels. The role involves working from our HQ in Ellon, with some travel across the UK for brand events and activations. You will manage projects for our range of spirits including vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and RTD cocktails.

About the Brand

BrewDog Distilling Co. produces spirits from scratch at our Aberdeenshire distillery, using innovative equipment like our triple bubble still. We distribute across major retailers and BrewDog bars worldwide, aiming to make disruptive, delicious spirits accessible and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand campaigns, events, sampling, and digital activities.
  • Manage projects from briefing to delivery, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Support on-trade initiatives and develop sampling and POS strategies.

Signs of Success

  • Maintain positive relationships within internal teams and with suppliers.
  • Manage deadlines, budgets, and communications effectively across projects.

About You

Experience:

  • Background in marketing, campaign management, and working with FMCG or challenger brands.
  • Proven agency management skills and understanding of NPD processes.

Skills:

  • Strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Project management and budgeting skills.
  • Experience with on-trade or off-trade channels.
  • Creative thinking and idea generation.
  • Ability to react quickly and explore new opportunities.
  • Clear brief writing.
