About The Role
Provide proactive HR guidance and support across the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment law. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, promote best practices, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
People Support & Employee Relations
- Handle crew queries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist managers with people matters, ensuring policy adherence
- Monitor absence trends, support sickness and injury management
- Manage occupational health referrals and follow-ups
Systems
- Oversee ticketing system, ensure timely resolution
- Maintain employee records with GDPR compliance
- Support system implementation and resolve issues
- Create and manage content on communication platforms

- Support resourcing with system queries, job offers, and contracts
- Assist with right-to-work checks and compliance
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes
Engagement & Culture
