About The Role

This role focuses on cost efficiency and effectiveness across a significant cost base, ensuring robust financial controls and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Operations and Finance stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and report financial information to provide insights and challenge management.
  3. Analyze material usage and production variances weekly.
  4. Manage Opex reporting, payroll trackers, merchandise P&L, and other financial analyses.
  5. Support costings, compliance data gathering, and budgeting processes.

  • Head of Operations Finance & Central & Ecomm Finance Lead
  • Operational budget holders

Health & Safety

  • Adhere to safety and fire regulations.
  • Complete required training.
  • Report incidents promptly.

General Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and participate in reviews.
  • Assist other departments and participate in training.
  • Own personal development and perform other duties as needed.

About You

Qualifications & Training: Working towards or interested in CIMA/ACCA.

Experience: FMCG/Manufacturing finance experience, business partnering, and working in fast-paced environments.

Knowledge: Understanding of Standard Costing is desirable.

Skills: Proficient in Excel, relationship-building, strong communication.

Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, initiative.
