About The Role
BrewDog are looking for a highly creative, skilled and experienced mid-weight Designer to join the internal Creative Team. As a custodian of the BrewDog brand, we are looking for someone to play a key part in delivering world class design work across internal and external briefs, from initial concepts through to final artwork, including artworking for print.
Details of the role:
- As part of the Creative team, you'll help develop creative ideas and treatments across a wide range of multidisciplinary projects and channels. Your work may span print, digital, packaging, events, brand campaigns, and PR.
- Build relationships and actively participate in the delivery of challenging projects across the business, overseeing physical collateral or project delivery where appropriate.
- Supporting the full Creative Department in developing solutions to internal and external briefs.
- Working alongside the Head of Creative and Senior Designers in pitching ideas/team briefings.
- Ensuring a high level of creative output from themselves and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst being proactive on creative feedback on team ideas and projects.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure best results in production.
About You
- 3+ years experience as a designer in an agency or internal Creative department.
- Extensive FMCG packaging/branding experience. Excellent Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign skills.
- Additional skills in motion graphics / animation advantageous.
- Experience and understanding of creative artworking, printing and packaging development is essential.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, within a fast paced Creative Studio.
- Has a clear creative process, from conceptualisation through to presenting work/ideas and to developing the creative.
- Excellent attention to detail and works with precision.
- A creative thinker who demonstrates initiative, is creative and can articulate themselves well.
- A strong team player willing to put their passion and drive into the brand.
