About The Role:

Doghouse Manchester are on the hunt for an Overnight Manager. BrewDog has one mission: to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars deliver amazing beer and customer service at all times. We are looking for a Duty Manager to join the team. In this role you’ll assist and support the management team in the running of shifts, and be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks. A big part of your job will be supporting, training and guiding our staff to be even more incredible in their roles, making the bar a destination people want to come to. You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate individuals across kitchen, floor and bar.

About You:

You’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is essential. You must be customer service focused above all else, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.
