About The Role
As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the bar and lead from the front every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, drive commercial results and build a high‑performing team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the bar, from people and culture to profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading by example on every shift, setting the tone, energy and standards.
- Running a tight, well‑organised operation that consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences.
