About The Role
In this role you’ll support the UK Head of Sales in managing incoming event and booking enquiries for BrewDog Waterloo. You’ll be part of an experienced sales team working out of BrewDog Waterloo, and will work with other Sales Executives to successfully convert incoming enquiries through building rapport with each guest to understand their requirements, creating bespoke packages and proposals, and upselling. You will also be tasked with collecting payments and pre-orders on time, as well as identifying any special requirements and clearly marking these on every booking. The role will also include the organisation of large upcoming events, through completing detailed handovers and liaising with kitchen and front of house teams where required. There is a proactive element to the Sales Executive position, which will include reaching out to previous large events and upselling to auto confirmed bookings, amongst other tasks.
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent, ideally with further education in hospitality, events, or sales.
- Experience in sales, event coordination, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing event logistics.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to events, including capacity management and fire safety.
Specific Training
- Training in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and upselling.
- Event planning and logistics training, including managing timelines and troubleshooting on the day.
- Risk assessment training and understanding of fire safety and capacity regulations.
