About The Role
As General Manager for BrewDog in London, you’ll take full ownership of the venue and lead from the front every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, drive commercial results and build a high‑performing team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the bar, from people and culture to profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Leading by example on every shift, setting the tone, energy and standards.
- Running a tight, well‑organised operation that consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences.
- Recruiting, managing, coaching and developing a strong team across bar, floor and kitchen.
- Owning the commercial performance of the venue, including P&L, stock management, labour planning, cost control and sales growth.
- Ensuring exceptional standards of service, safety, cleanliness and compliance at all times.

- Proven experience leading a high‑volume hospitality venue, ideally as a General Manager or equivalent.
- A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing P&L, labour, stock and costs.

- Confidence making decisions, solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
