About the Role
We are looking for a General Manager for our Clerkenwell branch. In this senior position you will:
- Lead from the front, benchmark customer service and lead by example.
- Train and develop the management team and crew across kitchen, bar and floor.
- Hold the team together, push them to improve daily and support their career progression.
- Ensure the overall profitability of the business while maintaining high standards of quality and employee well‐being.
- Be the voice of the brand and embody BrewDog's cultures of beer passion, creativity and learning.
