We are looking for Duty Managers to join our teams across a number of London venues. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and motivating our staff to deliver outstanding service.
Within our bar structure, the progression runs from General Manager - Assistant Manager - Duty Manager. This role is perfect for someone with solid hospitality experience who is ready to step up into a team leader position and take the next step in their career. Our bars are at the heart of BrewDog's mission to make others as passionate about great craft beer as we are. We deliver amazing beer and customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support the management team in the running of shifts
- Involve in various back-of-house duties alongside front-of-house tasks
- Support, train and guide staff to enhance performance and service quality
- Help create an inviting, destination bar experience for customers
