About the Role
We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves pairing great food with great beer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the kitchen from prep to service, ensuring every plate leaves perfectly.
- Leading, training, and inspiring chefs to deliver consistently great food.
- Managing stock, cost control, and maintaining kitchen compliance.
- Driving kitchen performance for a smooth, safe, and efficient service.
- Collaborating closely with the bar and floor teams to create the full BrewDog experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a busy venue.
- A passion for food quality, leadership, and team development.
- Level 3 Food Safety Certificate and solid knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
- A calm head under pressure, strong organisational skills, and a drive to improve daily.
