About the Role

We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves pairing great food with great beer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the kitchen from prep to service, ensuring every plate leaves perfectly.
  • Leading, training, and inspiring chefs to deliver consistently great food.
  • Managing stock, cost control, and maintaining kitchen compliance.
  • Driving kitchen performance for a smooth, safe, and efficient service.
  • Collaborating closely with the bar and floor teams to create the full BrewDog experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a busy venue.
  • A passion for food quality, leadership, and team development.
  • Level 3 Food Safety Certificate and solid knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
  • A calm head under pressure, strong organisational skills, and a drive to improve daily.
