About The Role
Kitchen Crew – BrewDog Reading
This is a part-time 24 hour contract.
Are you ready to step into a kitchen where every shift counts and the food plays as big a role as the beer? At BrewDog Reading, we’re building a crew who bring energy, craft and pride to our food offering, whether it’s our burgers, wings, salads or industry-leading vegan alternatives.
You’ll be working with a team of chefs, led by the Kitchen Manager, to deliver dishes that stand out and service that doesn’t let our guests down. Food is a key part of what makes our bars succeed, and we’ll give you the training and support you need to hit the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping, cooking and plating items on our popular menu with consistency and attention to detail
- Working efficiently with your team to keep the kitchen flowing during busy service
- Keeping your station clean and set up for success at all times
- Supporting the Kitchen Manager and the wider bar team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in a kitchen or catering environment
- A willingness to learn, adapt and deliver under pressure
- Reliability, attention to detail and pride in what you produce
