About The Role
You will lead the Site Brewing Team to achieve sustainable high performance in alignment with the needs of the business and the Company’s core values of safety, people, quality, service (Production) and cost.
Reporting to the Site Leader, the role is responsible for 4 shift leaders and their team members across a 24-hour 7-day operation.
As a member of the site’s Operational leadership team, you will play a critical role in co-leading the site by enabling, coaching and driving the operational teams to Operational Excellence, and transformation of its Supply Chain and business.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Extensive brewing experience with an excellent knowledge of safety standards and modern manufacturing practices and continuous improvement techniques
- A proven track record of effectively diagnosing operational problems and implementing solutions
- Excellent skills in leadership, development and training of your team
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) to deliver and receive clear messages and information effectively at all levels and between different business functions
- A passion for beer, quality, results focused on delivery and managing a successful team to produce high quality products consistently.
