This role is a guest-facing kitchen position with a strong service ethos and opportunities for training and development.
About The Role
BrewDog Merchant City are on the hunt for a Kitchen Supervisor. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen, setting standards on shift, and supporting the Kitchen Manager to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a supportive, experienced team with good energy, working in a busy kitchen environment where consistency, teamwork and quality matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Kitchen Manager with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading shifts and being a point of contact for the kitchen team
- Delivering our burger & wings menu to spec - consistently and to a high standard
- Helping maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting training, development and onboarding of new kitchen crew
- Working closely with the wider bar management team to deliver great service
About You
You don’t need to have managed a kitchen before, but you will bring:
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Confidence leading shifts or supporting junior team members
- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
- A calm, hands-on approach during busy services
- Pride in doing things properly and being part of a team
