About The Role
As General Manager of BrewDog Glasgow Merchant City, you’ll take full ownership of the bar and lead from the front every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, drive commercial results and build a high‑performing team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences.
