About The Role

BrewDog are on the hunt for a General Manager! In this role, you’ll be leading from the front, setting the benchmark for customer service, and training others to provide the best customer experience. You will ensure your team is happy, developing, reaching goals, and having fun while managing the profitability of the overall business.

You’ll lead an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate individuals. Your job is to be the glue that holds the team together and pushes them to improve every day.

About You

You must have at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a busy bar and kitchen. Financial acumen is required for managing the P&L of all parts of the business. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential. You must be customer service-focused, ensuring every customer experience is outstanding.

You’ll be a natural trainer, responsible for nurturing future talent in BrewDog bars and taking pride in their development. Proven experience of successfully managing and developing a driven and high-performing team is essential.
