About The Role

Maintain DRS project plan, milestones and critical path

Coordinate actions and dependencies across workstreams

Maintain programme action, risk, issue and decision logs

Proactively follow up actions with workstream owners, escalating delays or risk to DRS Lead

Coordinate regular project meetings

Help prepare agendas, meeting materials, actions and follow-up

Maintain clear project documentation and version control

Maintain central DRS SKU tracker

Track DRS status by SKU, pack format and packaging component
-
Coordinate timelines for artwork, packaging, barcode and master data changes
-
Submit and track artwork briefs, approvals and release dates across relevant teams

Support management of UK versus international packaging transitions
-
Support communication of packaging and finished goods depletion milestones ahead of DRS cutover
-
Coordinate activity across key business functions
-
Support visibility of customer-specific requirements and transition milestones
-
Coordinate customer product set up and change activity with Commercial and Master Data teams
-
Support readiness tracking across owned bar estate
-
Support preparation of DRS Steering Committee materials
-
Consolidate workstream updates into project reports
-
Maintain project readiness dashboards
-
Provide accurate status reporting to DRS Lead

Maintain evidence for programme readiness and go-live sign off

Support increased project governance and completion of readiness actions across functions as go-live approaches

Maintain issue tracking during launch and stabilisation

About You
-
Degree level qualification in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
-
Professional certifications in Project Management desirable.

Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects or programmes

Strong project planning and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel, interdependent activities

Confident working with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority

Strong excel and/or project management system capability

Comfortable working with large datasets, trackers and detailed SKU / product information
