About The Role
As Kitchen Manager you'll lead a passionate kitchen crew, supporting their development and setting high standards day to day. You’ll also be part of an experienced management team, working alongside confident, collaborative teams across the kitchen, floor and bar.

- Deliver our menu to spec – fast, fresh and consistent
- Own kitchen standards, organisation and compliance
- Manage performance, GP, prep, waste and safety
- Build a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development
- Work closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day
