About The Role
GRIND AT BREWDOG WATERLOO ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A BARISTA & BARTENDER!
We are looking for talented and passionate baristas/bartenders to join our team, comfortable in high volume cafes pumping out coffee and cocktails to a killer playlist whilst maintaining great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness when it comes to all things coffee and cocktails.
You must be comfortable working with our machines; La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders. Most importantly, you must be able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner. We have an awesome cocktail menu full of our twist on classics, so experience in cocktails as well as coffee is admirable.
BrewDog Waterloo is be the BIGGEST BrewDog location in the world, encompassing two floors of amazing craft beer, spirits, food and entertainment in the centre of the city. Our Grind Cafe is a busy coffeehouse with amazing brunch by day and transforms into a bustling cocktail bar and evening food at night. Grind serves coffee and cocktails for our whole 28,000 sqft venue.
Role Responsibilities
- Handcrafting awesome coffee, at pace. Including dialling in grinders, maintaining coffee quality and produce latte art.
- Opening and closing of both coffee and cocktail stations.
- Provide epic counter and table service at every day part as customers explore both Grind and Brewdog – through breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
- Craft amazing cocktails that our customers love.
- General cleaning and organisation of Grind.
- Support the team in driving results.
- Running drinks to the rest of the venue
