PROFIT SHARE | Our BrewDog Bars now share 10% of their profits with our fantastic crew. We’re setting the bar high for the hospitality industry and giving you even more reasons to do an amazing job.
SAFE RIDE HOME | We want to make sure you get home safe after a hard shift. We contribute £5 to your pay-check to help you get home safely after midnight. This is open to all our bar crew.
BEER TRAINING | We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we’ll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. We’ll also pay you more per hour for each level you pass. You also get to try loads of beer…tough job right.
STAFF DISCOUNT | 25% off in bars, 30% off online and 50% off BrewDog Merch to fill up your fridge and your wardrobe
PAID BREAKS | We know how much effort our teams put into work, so we pay your breaks to ensure you fully rest up and be at your best for the whole day.
4-WEEK SABBATICAL | After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

About The Role
BREWDOG WATERLOO IS HIRING SEASONAL BAR & FLOOR CREW
Fixed-Term Contracts | 16-24h per week | October – January
BrewDog Waterloo – the biggest bar in the UK – is on the lookout for energetic, passionate people to join our crew for the festive season! Whether you’re a student looking for short-term work or just keen to be part of something epic over the next few months, this could be the gig for you.
As part of our bar and floor team, you’ll be at the heart of the action – working across departments with your crew mates to deliver incredible service and unforgettable experiences. You’ll be supported by a brilliant management team and surrounded by people who love what they do.
Preferred Skills
Some experience in hospitality is preferred, but if you’re still building your experience, that’s okay! We’ll help you grow your skills and confidence on the job. What matters most is that you bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude and great energy
- Availability for the full contract period (October-January)
- Flexibility to work during our peak times: Wed-Fri 5pm-2am, Sat 11am-3am, and Sun 10am-6pm
