ABOUT THE ROLE
BREWDOG NEWCASTLE ARE ON THE HUNT FOR BAR & FLOOR CREW!
In this role you’ll be right at the forefront, delivering amazing craft beer to the people. You’ll be working closely with your crew mates to deliver the best service possible on the bar and floor. You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals.
ABOUT YOU
You’ve got an interest in great beer and love the idea of getting it into the hands of our guests. While any knowledge of craft beer is a bonus, it’s not essential; we’ll give you all the training you need to become an expert.
You’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and know that great experiences come from strong teamwork. You bring positive energy to every shift, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are always ready to support your teammates.
Previous bar experience is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn; we’ll teach you everything else.
