About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role you will support the General Manager with the running of the site, acting as the benchmark for customer service, leading by example and training others to deliver the best customer experience ever. Your responsibilities include ensuring the team is happy, developing their skills, reaching goals and having fun. You will be part of an experienced management team that spans kitchen, floor and bar, holding the team together, pushing them to improve every day and helping them to develop to the next stages of their career.
