b Overview /b p In this Acquisitions Manager role, you will build and own BrewDog’s physical asset sourcing pipeline across the UK to strengthen the managed retail estate. You will work with agents, landlords, developers and investors to identify high-potential sites that meet commercial hurdles and support EBITDA growth. You’ll help shape a multi-location, high-quality portfolio aligned with the company growth plan. This is a market-facing, variable travel role that rewards proactive sourcing and rigorous site evaluation. You’ll join a collaborative team driven by expanding strategic locations and long-term value. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Pension enhancement up to 10% /li li 4-week sabbatical after every 5 years /li li Staff discounts (bars 25%, online 30%, merch 50%) /li li Additional holiday days per year up to 5 years /li li Enhanced sick pay /li li Healthcare and life assurance /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Build and maintain a live, prioritised pipeline of physical site opportunities across markets /li li Translate Retail strategy into acquisition criteria (location, catchment, size, format, trading potential) /li li Maintain pipeline depth with clear stage, priority, timing, and contribution reporting /li li Develop forward-looking views on target cities, trading circuits, whitespace and opportunities /li li Proactively identify assets beyond inbound opportunities and nurture external relationships /li li Collaborate with Legal and Franchise teams to align opportunities with governance and growth /li li Assess sites against criteria including location, frontage, size, layout, and trading potential /li li Support valuation and EBITDA potential discussions with Retail and Finance /li li Prioritise assets that improve estate quality and profitability to support 15m EBITDA target /li li Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and measure proactive/off-market sourcing and progression /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Full UK driving licence /li li Relevant commercial property, investment or development training (beneficial) /li li Experience in hospitality/retail/leisure property acquisitions, agency, development or asset sourcing /li li Proven ability to identify and source sites across multiple markets /li li Active network with agents, landlords, developers, investors and property owners /li li Experience assessing locations, catchments, trading circuits and competitive environments /li li Experience modeling site-level sales, EBITDA, investment viability and portfolio contribution /li li Experience managing a live acquisition/development pipeline and prioritising opportunities by potential /li li Willingness to travel regularly across locations and markets /li li Understanding of leasehold/freehold options, planning and licensing considerations /li /ul ul li Strong networking and relationship-building /li li Commercial judgment and ability to distinguish quality investments /li li Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making /li li Market research and site assessment combining data with local knowledge /li li Pipelines management across multiple markets /li li Financial evaluation of sales, EBITDA, rent, capex and ROI /li /ul
