About The Role
Job Purpose
To ensure adherence to the Brew Dog Quality Programmeby coordination with Production, supporting monitoring of food safetymanagement system and Quality Sample Plan.
- Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Calibration of equipment
- Key lab analysis, beer processing checks supporting Master Technical Specification conformance
- Non- conforming product management & escalation
- Auditing HACCP compliance
- Supporting investigation of customer complaints
- Act as a key shift team member through prioritisation of key Quality activities and coordination with shift leads

About You
Qualifications & Specific Training
