About The Role

Job Purpose: To ensure the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of our great beer to customers all over the world.

Key Result Area / Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Goods Receipt – Unloading of vehicles, checking all stock, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
  • Stock Replenishment – Label and locate stock to dedicated floor and racking locations.
  • Order Picking – Accurately pick and pack items securely and safely using handheld scanner.
  • Dispatching Orders – Arrange and execute the safe loading of outbound vehicle.
  • Ensure GMP of the site by maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Use of individual Manual Handling techniques and the operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on MHE and report any issues.

General:

  • Be aware of and adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code at all times.
  • Take part in crew reviews throughout the year.
  • Cooperate with other BrewDog departments to achieve a great experience for our customers, applicants, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required.
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested which are reasonably deemed to be within the scope of the role.
  • Apply the BrewDog charter and behaviours to every aspect of the role at all times.
  • Protect and enhance the interests and reputation of BrewDog internally and externally.

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog.
  • Complete online or face-to-face training as and when required.
  • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others.
  • Report any accidents, incidents or near misses as soon as reasonably practicable.

About You

Essential Qualifications & Specific Training: Valid FLT/CBT Certificate.

Experience: Demonstrable experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably within a FMCG environment.

Knowledge: Understanding of general Warehouse Duties, Hygiene, Receipt, Replenishment, Pick and Dispatch.

Skills: Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, great communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask by prioritising tasks effectively, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Personal Attributes: Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others, physical stamina with ability to sustain frequent lifting of heavy objects.

Additional Requirements: Set shift patterns 24/7 will be required with occasional overtime during peak periods. Rotating Weekly – Days 06:00-14:00 / Backs 14:00-22:00.
