BrewDog is continuing to invest across our London bars estate and we’re looking to connect with experienced General Managers who want to lead high-volume, high-energy hospitality businesses within one of the UK’s most recognisable brands. About The Role

As a BrewDog General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your venue and lead from the front every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, drive commercial performance and build high‑performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the bar — from people and culture through to standards, profitability and growth. With autonomy to shape your business and support from a wider leadership team, this is a chance to genuinely make your mark.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example on every shift, setting the energy, pace and standards within the business
  • Running a well‑organised operation that consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing strong teams across bar, floor and kitchen
  • Owning commercial performance including P&L, labour planning, stock management, cost control and sales growth
  • Driving exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, safety and compliance
  • Building positive, motivated and inclusive team cultures where people feel supported, challenged and developed
  • Championing beer knowledge through training, tastings and everyday guest interaction
  • Building strong local relationships and driving engagement within the surrounding community

About You

You’re a confident, visible and hands‑on hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely loves brilliant service, busy operations and developing great teams. You know how to motivate people, hold high standards and create an atmosphere where both guests and teams want to spend time. You’re commercially aware, operationally strong and comfortable taking full ownership of a high-volume business.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading high‑volume hospitality venues as a General Manager or equivalent
  • A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams
  • Strong commercial understanding across P&L, labour, stock and cost management
  • Experience driving sales growth and delivering consistently strong guest experiences
  • Confidence making decisions, solving problems and leading from the front under pressure
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drinks and creating memorable experiences
