About The Role

BrewDog Glasgow Merchant City are on the hunt for a Kitchen Supervisor! As Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading in a busy kitchen, owning a section and guiding and supporting the team to deliver high quality food at pace. You will report into the Kitchen Manager and support the management team in the smooth running of the kitchen and development of the team. This role will also support the kitchen management team with ensuring food safety and health and safety are top priority, managing food being made to spec across all sections and leading by example with your epic culinary skills.
