About The Role
Job Purpose: Driving the brewing team to hit production targets and achieve high OTIFIS scores.
- Gaining training and competencies on all stations.
- High cleaning plan adherence for your whole team.
- A strong HSE track record - Being involved in the lookout card system.
Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet quality and hygiene targets and drive processes forward.
- Comply with allergen controls and maintain excellent personal and plant hygiene.
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of process brewing from fermentation to filtration.
- Ensure clear channels of communication within the brewing team and the wider production family.
- Be a proactive member of a small team of brewers on a single shift.
- Drive process developments and be actively involved in shift handovers.
- Drive your own development with external learning and training resources.
Key Relationships - Internal & External:
- Internal: Brewing Team, Packaging Team, Warehouse Team, Lab.
- External: Malt Deliveries, Spent Grain Removal, Tanker Transfer.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are adhered to.
- Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog.
- Report any accidents, incidents or near misses promptly.
General:
- Adhere to BrewDog policies and the Workplace Code.
- Take part in crew reviews throughout the year.
- Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required.
- Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities to learn new skills.

About You
Qualifications & Specific Training: IBD General Certificate in Brewing (desirable).
Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar brewery production environment.
Knowledge: Ability to identify ways to improve procedures and deliver change.
Skills: Prioritise and track ad-hoc work, manage multiple requests and deadlines, react positively to process issues, and work with the wider brewing and production team to overcome technical challenges.
