The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of social media for Brew Digital and its parent company, The Adaptavist Group (TAG), including brands such as Adaptavist, Scriptrunner, Upscale, Kolekti, and Venue. This role involves strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. Responsibilities include overseeing internal brand accounts and external client social media services, ensuring best practices and measurable success.
You will mentor junior team members, contribute to agency growth through client pitches and business development, and advise the Group CMO and Head of Digital Marketing. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:- Develop and own social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead content planning, campaign ideation, and execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Optimize paid and organic social strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Manage social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot).
- Lead client-facing social media strategies, including audits, proposals, and performance reports.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing recommendations and guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to expand social media services and contribute to revenue growth.
- Create case studies and success stories.
- Mentor junior team members and foster skill development.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Align social strategies with broader company initiatives with senior leadership.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as engagement, growth, conversions, and ROI.
- Deliver regular performance reports with insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and refine strategies based on data.
- Experience managing social media, leading teams or projects in a senior role (agency experience preferred).
