A busy, popular independent café, deli and bakery is looking for a kitchen-led manager to oversee the deli counter operation.. . - Daytime-focused role with no late-night shifts.. - Manage a busy deli counter known for its sandwiches, coffee and plentiful salads.. - Ideal for a kitchen manager or head chef seeking a better work-life balance, a restaurant manager with kitchen experience, or someone who has managed a similar sandwich shop or deli concept.. - Work closely with the GM, operations team and executive chef to maintain high standards and ensure consistency.. - Provide leadership and support across the deli counter and sandwich making operations in a busy, customer-focused environment.
