This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with scale for the right individual to grow with it. You'll take P&L accountability for our Amazon business across all three brands, managing 1P retail in conjunction with our 3P partner, and developing FBM as a viable revenue stream. You'll work closely with digital marketing, demand planning, and international stakeholders to drive revenue, protect margin, and build a best-in-class Amazon operation.
What You'll Own
- Full P&L ownership for Sage, Lelit, and Baratza via Amazon across EMEA
- Delivery of revenue and profit targets across 1P, 3P, and FBM routes to market
- Buy Box management, AOV, CVR, and traffic quality optimisation
- AMS campaign strategy in collaboration with Digital Marketing Account & Operations
- Day-to-day management of the Amazon 1P retail account
- Management and growth of the 3P account
- Development of FBM (3P) capability as a scalable revenue stream
- SOA and accrual management relative to budget
- Demand planning, forecast generation, and stock accuracy
- Sell-out tracking, reporting, and future planning
- Weekly and monthly internal stakeholder reporting
- AVN management across key Amazon contacts

- Share of Amazon Espresso category across UK and EU markets
- Internal stock forecast accuracy
- Operational efficiency - Order fulfilment, Invoicing, Customer Service SLA's
- Key trade metrics: Availability%, Buy Box %, AOV, CVR, Traffic, Returns %, Suppression %
- AMS campaign efficiency and ROAS
- FBM revenue growth and contribution
Must Haves
- Proven track record managing Amazon 1P - you know Vendor Central inside out
- 3-5 years of commercial, sales, or account management experience
- Analytical rigour - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - you can build a story with data
- Confident presenting internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to manage cross-functionally
- AI-first mindset - you use tools intelligently to move faster and think better
- Competitive Team Player
- Understanding of channel management
- Comfort with working at pace

- Experience in premium or lifestyle consumer brands (SDA a strong plus)
