The Role

This office-based role will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth client service and compliance standards are maintained. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Processing new business applications including pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients for updates and information
  • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
  • Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing appointments and advisor diaries
  • Assisting with compliance and FCA requirements
  • Supporting clients through onboarding and review processes

About You

  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role is essential
