The Role
This office-based role will support Financial Advisors with a range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth client service and compliance standards are maintained. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors
- Processing new business applications including pensions, investments, and protection
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients for updates and information
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
- Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
- Managing appointments and advisor diaries
- Assisting with compliance and FCA requirements
- Supporting clients through onboarding and review processes
About You
Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role is essential. Good understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM/back-office systems such as Intelligent Office or Adviser Office. Able to work independently and within a team. Financial services qualifications (or working towards them) are advantageous.
