Are you a financial services administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Due to continued success in providing fee based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team.

The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process; have experience using industry software, ideally gained within an IFA or financial services practice.

Duties for this role will include:

  • You will be a first point of contact, providing a high level of technical and administrative support to the team as well as maintaining an excellent level of client service to clients of Wealth Management firm.
  • You will be responsible for business submission using relevant software.
  • Due to the regulatory environment we work within you will need to ensure that new business and tasks are processed in a timely way.
  • You will be given full on the job training. There will also be the opportunity for professional development and career progression for the right candidate.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style. Ideally, you will have been working in Financial Services and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop. You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised. You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision.
