Are you an experienced financial services administration professional with management experience, looking for a senior support and management role with varied responsibilities? Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful IFA practice requires a professional and proactive practice manager to provide support to the Financial Advisers and general running of the office, support team and business. You will have senior administration experience from a wealth management background, looking to utilise that in a role that covers general administration, management and operational aspects as well. Duties for this role will include: Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the practice to include people management, business processing, regulatory requirements, marketing and client servicing Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication Be the point of escalation for complex client queries, liaising with the respective adviser, clients and third parties as appropriate Ensure Practice Support Specialists perform their key functions consistently and efficiently through effective people management skill and processes Provide technical support and training to new/junior staff You: This is an interesting …
