Weβre looking for a friendly, organised and ambitious Administrator / Client Services to join a growing financial planning business in West Bridgford.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous administration or client service experience who wants to develop a long-term career in financial services. No previous wealth management experience is required β full training and support towards professional qualifications will be provided.
What you'll be doing
Working closely with two Financial Planners, you'll play an important role in keeping the team and client experience running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Keeping client records and systems accurate and up to date.
- Preparing meeting packs, valuations and client paperwork.
- Processing new business and tracking applications.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Welcoming clients and supporting front-of-house.
- Managing post and general office administration.
- Supporting compliance and internal processes.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have previous experience in administration, client services or a professional office environment. We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with people.
You'll also need good IT skills, a professional telephone manner and, most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
