You'll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting advisers, coordinating annual reviews and ensuring every case is handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Managing annual review appointments and client communications
- Preparing reports and client documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and processing updates
- Liaising with providers and progressing Letters of Authority
- Supporting investment withdrawals and death claim administration
- Keeping workflows on track while ensuring FCA compliance
What you'll bring
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- A proactive, positive and client-focused approach
Bonus points if you have:
- Financial services experience
- Knowledge of pensions, investments or financial planning
- Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
- CRM or back-office system experience
