About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Pension Account Manager to oversee the administration and service delivery for a dedicated portfolio of pension clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team of customer support associates, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality service across all pension schemes under your remit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day administration for your pension accounts, ensuring accuracy and delivery within agreed SLAs.
- Managing daily property and investment runs, along with other operational workflows.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and supporting other teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Producing weekly and monthly management information (MI) and reporting to senior leadership.
- Supporting new projects, business improvements, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Identifying risks, documenting issues, and working closely with the Service Manager to mitigate exposure.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external pension clients.
- Owning your personal development and meeting the company’s Training & Competence requirements.
About You
- Experience in pension administration, account management, or a similar regulated financial services role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workflows and deadlines effectively.
- Confident producing MI and working with operational data.
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Committed to personal development and continuous improvement.
