Do you have SSAS pension administrative experience? Are you looking for a role with a supportive firm offering good benefits and hybrid working? Due to continued success in providing advice to pension clients, this successful practice requires a professional and proactive Pension Administrator (SASS) to provide support to the planning process and pension administration team.
The successful candidate will have experience within a professional services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills, and have a SASS administration background.
Duties for this role will include:
- Responsible for carrying out cradle to grave administration for an allocated portfolio of Small Self-Administered Schemes
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of individual clients and their advisers, and actively engage with all parties to achieve the best possible customer outcomes.
- Calculate and pay retirement benefits.
- Process contributions and transfers into the scheme.
- Arrange buying/surrender of investment portfolios.
- Prepare scheme asset valuations and member fund share calculations.
- Undertake property and land purchases and sales in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines.
You will have:
- Experience of SSAS administration/managing a portfolio of clients
- Good personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
- Works well under pressure maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work to prescribed deadlines.
