Join a growing HR team and make a real impact We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Adviser to join a small, busy HR team within a Financial Services organisation during an exciting period of change. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide first-line HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, while helping to deliver key people processes and improve the employee experience. Key responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees. Manage day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, employee records, starters, leavers and payroll changes. Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks and compliance. Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives. Produce accurate HR MI and reporting, including headcount, absence, attrition and recruitment data. Support absence management and escalate complex matters where appropriate. Respond to HR queries and provide guidance in line with policies and procedures. Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and process improvements. About you You’ll ideally have: CIPD Level 5 qualification. Previous experience in an HR Adviser or HR Generalist role.
