This is a key role where you’ll support the Operations team and Directors, help solve problems, and make sure both staff and clients have a great experience. The Role

You’ll be right at the heart of the business, supporting Directors, managing day-to-day office operations, and helping to make sure the team and clients get the support they need. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for escalated client queries and work with Directors to resolve issues quickly.
  • Make sure all client requests are handled in a friendly, professional and efficient way.
  • Support HR in helping managers set performance goals, develop their teams and recognise success.
  • Help managers spot issues early and support them in resolving staff queries.
  • Keep an eye on operational and regulatory risks, and escalate anything important with your line manager.
  • Ensure internal systems and processes are up to date and used correctly by the team.
