With business and headcount levels growing, this leading Independent Financial Advisory firm seeks to appoint a skilled Operations Manager to coordinate the delivery of business initiatives and projects across a number of regional offices. This will include the management and oversight of new business and Advisor integrations including supporting pre-integration planning activities and working with senior stakeholders to understand deal objectives and ensure smooth transitions into the business structure.

You will build strong internal relationships to ensure successful delivery for all parties and facilitate collaboration between local offices and central teams to encourage consistency, knowledge-sharing and best practice. In addition, you will work closely with Compliance and other specialist teams to ensure integration and change activity supports FCA regulatory expectations and Consumer Duty outcomes and ensure all activity is aligned to agreed firm standards, policies and governance frameworks.

Applications are invited from experienced Financial Planning professionals with Operational and Integration expertise. Experience supporting or coordinating M&A or post-acquisition integration activity and working within an FCA-regulated business, with awareness of regulatory expectations impacting business change is essential. You will be an accomplished communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
