Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the vital link between our clients, suppliers and internal operational teams. You will ensure that every order runs smoothly, every query is resolved quickly and every customer feels valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for our customers, via telephone and email.
  • Action all customer queries in line with company processes and service level agreements through to resolution.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service delivery every time.

You will be required to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within logistics, supply chain or manufacturing.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - clear, empathetic and solution-focused.
