The Role – You will oversee pallet distribution operations, manage network relationships, monitor KPI’s and lead operational teams to ensure service excellence across collections, deliveries, trunking and hub operations. Coordination of trunking schedules, delivery routes and collection planning to maximise efficiency and service levels.

  • Ensuring that freight is processed accurately and within Pallex network standards.
  • Monitoring of agreed KPI’s.
  • Management of the pallet scanning compliance and freight tracking accuracy.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the Pallex Customer and Network.

Previous experience within the pallet network.

  • Strong understanding of Pallex or palletised freight systems.
  • Competent IT skills including transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Desirably you will have had previous experience of Pallex Network Operations including knowledge of DVS, FORS and fleet compliance standards.
