About The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative within Brett Specialised Aggregates, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued success of the business.

Working from our Head Office in Barrow upon Soar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling decorative aggregates, render spars and related products across a wide range of customers, including builders' merchants, baggers, pre‑cast manufacturers and building system suppliers.

About Your Role

  • Drive sales of decorative aggregates, render spars and associated products to builders' merchants, baggers, pre‑cast manufacturers and building system suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and account growth.
  • Achieve agreed sales volume, revenue and margin targets within the designated customer sector.
  • Proactively identify, qualify and follow up sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and establish effective partnerships with suppliers and haulage providers to ensure reliable product delivery.
