An opportunity has arisen at Brett Aggregates’ Cliffe Terminal for an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as Production Manager. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant handling of marine-sourced aggregates, as well as the production of high-quality processed materials. You will lead a team of supervisors and operatives, ensuring production targets are achieved within budget while continuously improving safety, environmental and operational standards.

About Your Role:

  • Develop and deliver production plans aligned to customer demand.
  • Lead, coach and motivate teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial and transport teams to meet customer requirements.
