The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house leadership team. This is a hands‑on role for a natural host who leads from the floor and takes pride in delivering seamless service. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences.
  • Lead, support, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams to maintain service standards.
  • Lead pre‑shift briefings and help foster a positive, motivated, and knowledgeable team culture.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently.
  • Monitor floor performance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
  • Assist with reservations, floor plans, and opening/closing procedures.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ experience in a high‑quality or fine‑dining restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and clear communication.
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and consistency in service.
  • Possesses strong wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent preferred, but not essential).
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
  • Is flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends.
